Reality Clash Releases New Trailer And Opens Beta Registration

The Reality Gaming Group, the developer and publisher of the mobile augmented reality (AR) combat game Reality Clash have released a new trailer for the title. Not only is the trailer a good look at how the title plays out, but it also comes with the news that the sign up opportunity for becoming a beta tester are now open as well.

Regular VRFocus readers will be family with Reality Clash, thanks to on going Developer Diary series from the development team themselves on the site. In the title players can join a team, which is made up of 200 people, to battle against other players in intense AR firefights. If no players are nearby then a user is able to engage in combat with bot players which are scattered across the map to provide gameplay opportunities.

Reality Clash is aiming to release this coming October, 2018 and has opened up the chance for users to play earlier by becoming a beta teaser. Users need only head over to the titles website and sign up to be in for a chance to test the title and provide feedback ahead of the launch. With a planned release on both iOS and Android devices, anyone is able to sign up for the testing so long as their device is compatible with AR technology. Given the increasing implementation of ARKit and ARCore in mobile devices, the number of suitable devices is large.

Recently, The Reality Gaming Group announced that it joined the BlockExMarkets Digital Asset Market to enable players and cryptocurrency investors a chance to purchase in-game RCC Gold Coins. The platform is described as being a safe and secure institutional-grade trading exchange. The company also recently revealed that they had finalised an eSports sponsorship deal with Sørby where they sponsored team’s shirts, academy and appearance at a Counter-Strike tournament.

With The Reality Gaming Group hard at work getting ready for the release of Reality Clash, those wanting to know more about the title should stay tuned to VRFocus for future updates and for the next Developer Diary, which will be published next week.
