Dance The Night Away In Club Dance Party VR, Now Available In Early Access

If you are looking for a way to unwind within virtual reality (V) then you might be keen to look into Club Dance Party VR, from developer Studio Odin. This fully immersive, 360-degree rhythmical action title will have players dancing to the best club beats to score big and have a ton of fun all within a virtual club.

Now available in Early Access, Club Dance Party VR present players with a simple goal. Dance in time with the music and score big. Be prepared to use all movement as you raise your hands, step to the beat and lose yourself in a realistic club experience. Users will also be able to experience the thrill of this title with a digital partner who can join in with ‘couple dances’ or just keep you company on the dance floor as you tear it up to flashing lights and banging beats.

Writing on the Steam store page, Studio Odin mention that Club Dance Party VR will be in Early Access for around three to six month, with updates to the title every two weks to help make it the best expereince it can be. As with other Early Access titles, user feedback will be key to the development of the title and Studio Odin are keen to get involved with the players to help shape the version of Club Dance Party VR.

The Early Access release of Club Dance Party VR comes with eight original music tracks, each offering two difficulties each, sixteen costumes for players to unlock, sixteen types of gesture animations, Steam ranking and achievements. The full release of the title will include a number of additional songs, dances, items, costumes, and gameplay systems that will polish out the experience in response to user feedback.

Club Dance Party VR is available now on Steam Early Access for £11.39 (GBP) and supports the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and Windows Mixed Reality. The title uses motion tracked controllers and is designed for standing, seated and room-scale play.
