It’s a PlayStation VR Triple as GT Sport, Megaton Rainfall and No Heroes Allowed! VR Launch Today

PlayStation VR’s anniversary sale has now ended so hopefully you picked up a few bargains over the last few days. If you didn’t then maybe you were waiting to spend your cash today as three new titles have now launched, Gran Turismo Sport, Megaton Rainfall and No Heroes Allowed! VR.

The long awaited Gran Turismo Sport doesn’t need much of an introduction, with Polyphony Digital’s latest iteration of its famous driving simulator franchise featuring 4K resolution and HDR visuals to make it the best looking yet. As previously reported Gran Turismo Sport will have partial VR compatibility offering a 1 vs 1 mode rather than the entire videogame.

If your not into racing titles then there’s Megaton Rainfall, a first-person superhero videogame in which players must fend off a global alien invasion, all by themselves. They’ll be able to unleash lethal energy blasts at foes whilst flying around the world, but care needs to be taken to avoid inflicting too much collateral damage, destroy too many buildings and it’s game over.

Coming from Japan and only confirmed for an English release last month, No Heroes Allowed! VR is a real-time strategy (RTS) videogame where players become the God of Destruction and, together with the Badmen and Badmella, work towards world domination. Armed with a series of hives, the player must strategically place their units to encourage monster growth by feeding them. Superior monsters become available once enough food – i.e. lesser monsters – are gained under your control on the battlefield.

Naturally all three titles can be found on the PlayStation Store, priced at $59.99 USD, $15.99 and $29.99 respectively. For the latest PlayStation VR announcements, keep reading VRFocus.
