Tribe XR Partners With DJ David Starfire For Live VR Set

David Starfire is known among the electronic music community as a producer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ, where he has developed a reputation for his work mixing world instruments with modern beats. Virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) company Tribe XR is working with Starfire to capture his live performance at the Keyframe VR & Electronic Dance Music event.

The Keyframe VR & Electronic Dance Music event is the official after-party for the VRS Conference. David Starfire will be DJ-ing from his studio in Ohio, with the live VR set broadcast to Great Northern Nightclub.

As well as Starfire, DJ Raid Zero will also be mixing a live set at the club in Tribe XR, which will feature his new music. Raid Zero, aka Aaron Kuppin is a well-known DJ on the West Coast of the US who has been working for over ten years, having performed at the major nightclubs of San Francisco, including Ruby Skye, Temple, DNA Lounge and audio Discotech.

David Starfire has performed at multiple festivals and shows alongside famous electronic artists, including Skrillex, Bassnectar, Deadmau5, Daft Punk, David Guetta and Diplo. Later this year, Starfire will be releasing a ‘Karuna’ remix album and a new EP which will feature dance lfoor tracks.

At The Great Northern in San Francisco, Keyframe entertainment will be showcasing how VR and electronic music have merged together, featuring talks from Nathan Burba of Survios, who produced VR music experience Electronauts, as well as Clarke Nordhauser of TheWaveVR, Tom Impallomeni of TribeXR, Fifer Garbesi of The Virtual Rave, and Shuang van Reizen of SwanVR.. Including demos from High Fidelity, Exit Reality, Liquid Light Project, NewPathVR, Visual Reality, and performances by Solar Theory, Torkom Ji, Divasonic, and Michael Strauss
