If you’re looking for something new to do with your PlayStation VR, you’re in luck – the U.S. Air Force is releasing a new virtual reality (VR) experience just for you.
Known as Air Force Special Ops: Nightfall, the main objective of the videogame seems to be jumping from a plane, skydiving down to earth and pulling your parachute. There aren’t many screenshots right now, so all we know for sure is that players will be enjoying some seriously nice landscapes for thousands of feet in the air.
But of course the best part of the package has to be that it’s completely free from June 20th 2017. A PlayStation VR and Camera is required, of course, along with two PS Move controllers – but as long as you have all that equipment, you can enjoy some Air Force action for yourself.
Interesting to note is that the game is developed and paid for by the U.S. Air Force “for the purpose of marketing and recruitment.” On top of that, both Sony and the U.S. Air Force want to make clear on the product page that they don’t endorse each other whatsoever.
For the low, low price of free, it’s hard to turn down Air Force Special Ops: Nightfall. Even if it’s not any good, it doesn’t have stay on your hard drive for long.
