Time Carnage Reveals Release Date and Pre-Order Discount

Time travel has a long history in the world of fiction, forming the centre piece of some of the most beloved works of fiction, including Back to the Future and Doctor Who. Virtual reality (VR) survival shooter Time Carnage is hoping to join them with its upcoming release.

Developers Wales Interactive, who as you would expect, are based in Wales, UK, have announced that pre-orders for its latest foray into VR, Time Carnage, will open at 9am PST or 4pm GMT today, 15th March 2018.

Time Carnage

Time Carnage takes players through multiple time zones to fights against a whole host of different enemy types. The action is fast-paced, and players will be able to select from a variety of 25 weapons in each time period in order to suit their personal playing style.

Players can dynamically swap out actives guns in the middle of the action, but choosing the right load-out for each area is key as you traverse a post-apocalyptic wasteland, lush prehistoric jungle, futuristic city or icy tundra and fight against enemies such as dinosaurs, monsters, robots and zombies.

Upon launch, players can choose to immerse themselves in the 16-tier Campaign Mode, or go for a more casual experience with the Custom Arcade Mode. A range of perks, challenges and mystery items are available for players to find and unlock as they travel through time shooting down foes.

Time Carnage will be available on Steam for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive and on PlayStation VR. A Pre-order discount of £20 is available on Steam and the PlayStation Store. The title is due to launch on 10th April 2018. The full price without the pre-order discount will be £19.99 (GBP).

Time Carnage

Wales Interactive previously worked on horror title Don’t Knock Twice, which wove a tale of an urban legends of an old haunted house, and a vengeful spirit that can be summoned by knocking upon its door.
