Justice League VR Swoops onto Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and PlayStation VR

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has today announced that Justice League VR: The Complete Experience, an immersive virtual reality (VR) experience, is now available for at-home purchase. The experience can now be downloaded for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, PlayStation VR and mobile head-mounted displays (HMDs).

Based on the Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment film Justice League, the IMAX VR: Justice League Experience was unveiled at IMAX VR Centres on 17th November 2017, the opening day of the feature film, and continues to be available. Featuring control devices that give lifelike haptic feedback and D-Box motion systems that provide motion feedback and vibration, this totally immersive and completely interactive adventure will test if you are able to master your Super Hero powers.

The home-based edition of this experience, Justice League VR: The Complete Experience allows you to step into the shoes and feel the powers of the iconic DC Super Heroes: Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, The Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg. The expanded Justice League VR: The Complete Experience features additional modes and expanded missions, and will support controllers, spatial tracking and room scale tracking depending on the platform.

In Justice League VR: The Complete Experience, players will need to outrace their enemies as Batman, fight Parademons in Themyscira as Wonder Woman, Parademons across three different locations as Superman and face a creature from the deep as Aquaman. Furthermore, playing as The Flash you must stop a ticking bomb, and enter the steel shoes of the mighty Cyborg as you take out enemy drones.

A third VR experience based on the Justice League franchise has also been made available: the promotional demo in partnership with Gillette: Justice League VR: Join the League – Gillette Edition. Available now for Android and iOS devices, the demo is an interactive, gaze-based experience for Google Cardboard or an equivalent VR viewer.

Justice League VR: The Complete Experience is now available for at-home purchase beginning on all major VR platforms, including PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift, for $9.99 USD; and on Android mobile VR platforms, including Samsung Gear VR and Google Daydream, for $4.99.
