PlayStation VR In-Store Demo Program Returns To USA

For most electronics manufacturers the Christmas period is a significant one, so getting word of your product out is crucial. Sony have discovered that offering hands-on demonstrations is often an excellent way to raise awareness and get consumers excited. Hence, Sony is bringing back its PlayStation VR demo program.

With more than 100 titles available for the platform, holiday 2017 is looking like a good time to invest in a PlayStation VR. For those who want to try before they buy, over 200 locations across the US will be set up for demonstrations of some of the latest virtual reality (VR) experiences on the platform.

Various Best Buy and GameStop locations will be demonstrating titles such as Gran Turismo Sport, Final Fantasy XV: Monster of the Deep, SuperHot VR, Dino Frontier, Raw Data and Volton VR Chronicles.

There are plans to add more videogame titles to the demonstrations as the year goes on, and the demonstrations are planned to last until the end of the year. The Canadian mall tour and in-store demonstrations that are already ongoing have also been extended to last until the end of the holiday season.
