New Trailer For Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown

The latest addition to the Ace Combat franchise is expected to be released at some point in 2018 as Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. Bandai Namco have released a new trailer to accompany the appearance of the title at Gamescom this week, which shows something of what fans can expect.

The trailer shares something of the story, with the central conflict revolving around the Osean Federation violating the sovereignty pf the Kingdom of Erusea by building a huge space elevator on Erusean territory. Princess Rosa Cossette D’Elise of the Kingdom Erusea encourages her citizens to fight back against the threat posed by the Osean Federation, but the Osean Federation is larger than Erusea and has many experienced pilots in its air force.

The trailer shows of plenty of dogfight action in the skies, including the opening to the trailer with some puzzled pilots encountering an unknown type of fighter plane.
