The Mighty Eye Brings 3D Puzzling to Samsung Gear VR Next Week

Electrolit is set to launch a new 3D puzzle videogame next week, specifically designed for virtual reality (VR). The Mighty Eye will be available on Samsung Gear VR, with a special discounted price for a limited time.

The Mighty Eye screenshotThe Mighty Eye tasks the player with marking specific numbers of the same coloured bricks in order to use them to build a tower. However, looking at a brick of the wrong colour will send your tower crashing to the ground. As your tower grows in height, you get a different perspective of the world around you, potentially revealing new bricks.

Two gameplay modes are included in The Mighty Eye; the first, Wall of Text, is a front-facing puzzle mode that pressures you with ever advancing letter shaped bricks. The second, The Descent, is a 360 degree puzzle mode in which you race a rival to the bottom of an endless pit. You have to snatch the brick sides of rotating dice to lower the platform you’re on, while your rival runs down a flight of winding stairs.

The Mighty Eye will be available for Samsung Gear VR from 23rd August 2017. For four weeks from launch, Electrolit will offer the videogame at a discounted price of $2.99 USD, before increasing to $4.99. VRFocus will keep you updated with all the latest details on The Mighty Eye and other VR projects from Electrolit.
