If you’ve got a PlayStation VR it’s more than likely you’ve got horror experience Resident Evil 7 biohazard, but what if you want something a little lighter. Today VitruviusVR has launched its colourful adventure experience Mervils: A VR Adventure for the headset.
Originally launched on Oculus Rift and HTC Vive last year, Mervils: A VR Adventure is a third-person platformer set in the picturesque Mervil Kingdom. Built specifically for virtual reality (VR), players take on the role of a hero who must free the land from an ancient evil.
Set across four open worlds: Countryside, Wild West, Arctic Isles, and Paradise Cove, players need to find the pages of a powerful book that can protect the innocent Mervils from danger. Once the book is rebuilt the dark sorcerer Balazar the Evil can be vanquished. To aid them on their way items and artifacts such as helmets, bracers, pauldrons, axes, and swords can be used to improve chances of success.
Mervils: A VR Adventure can be downloaded from the PlayStation.Store for £12.99 GBP, with support for either DualShock 4 or the PlayStation Move controllers.
