VNTANA Announce Holographic AI Concierge for Retail, Sports, and Hospitality

Augmented reality (AR) hologram company VNTANA in collaboration with Satisfi Labs has announced the creation of their first artificial intelligence (AI) hologram concierge for retail, sports and hospitality.

The holographic display projects an interactive 3D persona which customers can then interact with. It’ll then answer questions based on Satisfi Labs’ custom AI. The system also uses facial recognition to track consumer data and record the conversation to determine product preferences.

“Our hologram technology has helped numerous brands better connect and engage with their consumers, and we are thrilled to offer this new addition on our platform,” said Ashley Crowder, CEO and Co-Founder of VNTANA in a statement. “By partnering with Satisfi, we are able to integrate AI and AR for the first time, so our holograms can interact with consumers on a more advanced level, while using our trusted platform to track data to create more personalized experiences and advertising.”

The system can be customised depending on where it needs to be used, so in a retail environment it can welcome customers into a store, tell them the hours of operation, highlight deals available, or direct them to areas/items they’re looking for. While at a sporting events, the hologram could be an actual player, can direct fans to their favorite concessions or helping them find their seats.

“We are super excited to partner with VNTANA and launch what promises to be an unprecedented opportunity for the development of both AI and Holograms,” said Don White, CEO and Co-Founder Satisfi Labs. “Consumers will be transfixed by the technology and will truly appreciate the ease and intelligent interaction they can have with the hologram.”

VRFocus will continue following VNTANA’s development of its holographic system, reporting back with the latest announcements.
