Adventuring with a Mouse in Moss on PlayStation VR

Upon its debut earlier this year, VRFocus thought Moss was one of the best PlayStation VR games at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). PolyArc’s Moss is an platform-puzzle videogame where the player interacts with the environment in order to help the little mouse Quill to defeat her enemies and solve puzzles.

In a previous interview with Polyarc at GamescomVRFocus spoke to Chris Alderson, the art director for Moss, about how Polyarc started to develop the videogame as well as what they’re looking to do next.

Nina talks about Quill’s acknowledgement of the player’s existence and how breaking that fourth wall between a videogame’s protagonist in virtual reality (VR) really adds another dimension to playing it. Having a very lush and green environment rather than a futuristic, science-fiction horror videogame is also refreshing when you start noticing the grass, the leaves and beautifully designed maps. Moss will be coming to PlayStation VR this holiday season, and VRFocus will keep you updated with all the latest details.
