Today during Google’s event it was anticipated that the company would reveal the Google Pixel mobile phone, which was absolutely correct, and it is just as powerful as what was expected. The specifications for the VR-ready mobile has been revealed, and it has come out that you can even pre-order it from today.
As you can see from the screenshot taken down below, the following specs are: Aluminium body with glass combination; hi-def AMOLED display; the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 Quad Core 2x 2.15GHz and 2x 1.6GHz Processors; 4GB LPDDR4 RAM; Pixel imprint fingerprint sensor; a 2,770 or 3,450 mAh battery; 12.3 MP with large 1.55 micron pixels and f/2.0 aperture.
Unlike the recently announced iPhone 7, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack, and it holds either 32 or 128GB. The phone has been made for VR with the Google Daydream View to come out in November for $79 (USD).
If you thought that you would have to wait ages for the phone, you would be wrong as it is now ready for pre-order in US, Australia, Canada, Germany, and UK, with India to get pre-sale on 13th October. Prices for the phone starts at $649, or $27 per month.
