Sony Interactive Entertainment’s (SIE) Sony Japan Studio and Acquire Games have today announced a new PlayStation VR exclusive title, V! What Did I do to Deserve This, My Lord? R. A new edition in the hugely popular What Did I do to Deserve This series, V! What Did I do to Deserve This, My Lord? R is currently expected to launch on PlayStation VR in 2017.
Originally launched as Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! What Did I Do To Deserve This? on the PlayStation Portable (PSP), the first videogame in the series was later changed to What Did I do to Deserve This, My Lord? to avoid potential conflicts with the Batman franchise. A sequel launched in 2010, again on PSP, though the series has since been dormant for a number of years.
PlayStation VR appears to be set as the place for a revival, with the real-time strategy videogame V! What Did I do to Deserve This, My Lord? R coming exclusively to the virtual reality (VR) format in 2017. This third edition in the series is being developed by Acquire, as per the first two, though it’s not yet known whether NIS America will take control of western publishing rights.
