Last month VRFocus reported on Sony Corporation of America (SCA) announcing the opening of its Sony Square New York City (NYC) facility. Located at the companies headquarters at 25 Madison Avenue, visitors will get the chance to see the very latest Sony tech, including the PlayStation VR head-mounted display (HMD). SCA has today revealed that the PlayStation VR exhibition taking place will feature first-person shooter (FPS) Farpoint.
The exhibition will give visitors the opportunity to demo the PlayStation VR at five separate kiosks, with not only Farpoint on display but also PlayStation VR Worlds which includes five titles: The London Heist, Scavenger’s Odyssey, VR Luge, Ocean Descent and Danger Ball.
“The PlayStation VR experience at Sony Square NYC serves as a great example of our commitment to offer visitors the opportunity to interact with the curated selection of Sony’s groundbreaking entertainment and technologies,” said Steven Fuld, Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing, Sony Corporation of America.
